Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Montgomery-EastChase Parkway

I wish I had the name of the staff member who helped me, there was a Woman who was the kindest and nicest Marriot worker I've encountered in a long time. I flew from California to Atlanta and was driving in for a wedding that was taken place at 1pm. My flight was delayed and it was going to affect my checkin time. The Woman at the front desk was so kind, to make sure that I had my room ready by the time I got there. I wish I had a chance to get her name, but as a Gold Member she took really good care of me and my family. My room was a little outdated, there was no soap in the dispenser and the door took forever to close, but the service was top notch. I needed extra towels and rags, taken care of quickly. I needed some water for my medication, was given a complimentary water. Breakfast was on point and on time. I'm really and truthfully grateful for the staff at this location! The location is perfect and ideal! It is located nexted to plenty of food spots, gas stations and stores. Lots of room for parking and quiet at night! I enjoyed my stay and forever grateful.

The ladies at front desk were very kind and helpful. I give then five stars. The room I give two. The bathroom wasn't clean. Had hair In shower and sheet were dingy. The air-conditioner didn't work at all. Tv was just awful kept cutting off,while we were trying to watch a movie. The lady taking care of food was very very kind.i gave good review because of customer service. It was awesome.

Excellent front desk service! We were very thankful for Aaliyah Williams. She went out of her way to make sure our forms printed for our room and our son's family room as well. Also, please thank all of your staff for their courteous offers of help and their attentiveness on a rainy Friday night.

I had an okay stay. Breakfast was great and had a large variety of items. Slightly disappointed that the pool is closed indefinitely. I'm also very allergic and something was off about the third floor, I'm not sure whether it's mold or the previous person smoked, but at least the employee was able to move us to another floor.

Great hotel with very friendly, courteous staff. I love the fact that they have smart tv’s that are streaming friendly. Also great location with many restaurants, movie theater & shopping close by.

If I take the time to leave a review, good or bad, then it is much deserved. Disregard every horrible review you've read about this place. That may have been their experience, but it certainly wasn't mine nor my wife's experience. We checked in around 10:30 pm. The young lady who checked us in was all smiles, friendly, prompt, professional, and courteous. We went to our room (211), opened the door, and there were no bad odors (musty, cigarette smoke, body odor, etc.). This is always my, "must pass the test" before I completely enter to stay the night. Next is cleanliness. I always pull the sheets back and thoroughly check all of the bedding- everything was clean. I check the bathroom rather well-it was clean. I then walk around the room and look under beds, tables, window ledges, and the corners of the room to see if there are any dead bugs-there were none. The TV, lights, outlets, microwave, refrigerator, air-conditioning and heating all worked really well. At this point, we were completely satisfied and happy with our room. The beds are comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The breakfast bar is good as well with the sweetest lady running it. All smiles and willing to help with whatever you need. The ham and cheese croissants are wonderful! Everything here was clean and well maintained. We stayed two nights and had no issues with anything. We recommend staying here and we will stay here again if ever in Montgomery again. Thank you.

Stayed here because it was in close to proximity to an appt that I had. We liked that it had lots of choices for dinner that could be door dashed to us , and had a great breakfast in the morning !staff was super friendly and nice
